Hosting a birthday party is one of the most stressful events that you can have. There are a million details that need to be thought of. And when you add in the additional stress of making sure the theme, decorations and guest list are acceptable by the birthday boy or girl…it can drive one to madness.
I have thrown many birthday parties over the years, for kids of different ages, and understand how having just one item taken off the To Do List makes a huge difference in ones stress level. That is why I have designed a custom menu just for a Kids Birthday Party.
I want to help simplify the process and guarantee that each dish is kid approved, yet will satisfy and delight the adults at the party.
Each of these recipes are easily tailored to meet your quest count needs and I suggest that you make all of the dishes, so that your guests have a couple of choices. I have also made sure to choose dishes that compliment each other and aren’t too messy.
For those that need to bulk up their pantry before hand, you will see an all inclusive shopping list to make things easier.
When preparing for the day of the big event, I recommend that you follow the schedule and steps, in order, because some dishes can be prepped a few days in advance. I have even added time slots for shopping, decorating, invite mail out and house cleaning.
